Warranty information

Once you receive your item, you have 48 hours to inspect and notify us of any defects.

1-year manufacturing warranty on all items purchased from our website. Please pay attention to the following details of the warranty, which reads as follows:

 

In the case of a manufacturing deficiency the customer has 1 year, from date of purchase, to exchange the item with the same or similar model of the same price range. Final sale. No refunds. The item must be unused and in original packaging.

This warranty does not cover any shipping expenses. This means that the item has to be brought back to our warehouse, and also picked up from our warehouse. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Also you will be responsible for shipping cost to receive the item back. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in material and workmanship only. This means that if you receive the item and find some kind of damage, you can bring it back within one year from the date of purchase, with the proof of purchase, for an exchange or repair.

(1) What qualifies as a “manufacturer defect” are the following:

– (a) there is a clear and discernible damage in the mechanical parts of the item that disables the item to function. For example, the damage can occur in the frame, chain, derailleur, gears, shift, breaks etc,. The usage of the term “damage” is when the part is warped, bent, broken, ripped, torn etc, in such a way where the part is disabled from carrying out its intended function.

-(b) Damage found in the electrical components occur in the following areas: motor, controller, battery, throttle, LED screen, and wiring. If the bike fails to turn on or operate pedal assist and/or throttle, or any electrical part that ought to operate normally, then the bike is classified as “defective”. The use “normal” means a part intended to carry a specific function, the disability of carrying out the intended function is abnormal and therefore defective.

 Some items may come with damage on the packaging or non-original packaging, in these cases the item is still considered new as long as the item itself is in good working and functioning condition.

Any cosmetic blemishes are not considered a defect and can occur naturally from shipping and handling and/or by simply being in warehouse storage conditions.  

 

(2) What does not qualify under this warranty are the following:

– Minor cosmetic blemishes, scratches, tiny dents, awkward paint jobs, and anything that does not affect the performance of the item. 

-This warranty does NOT cover damage incured from use, wear and tear, accident, or mishandling.

-This warranty does NOT cover any personal injuries, damage to or failure of the bicycle or any other losses resulting from, misuse, neglect, wear and tear, or any other reason related to the use of the item.

Upon the act of buying, the individual is encouraged to read these terms and assumes all personal responsibility for any consequences that may occur when using the item.

Individuals must notice that cycling is an activity involving some element of risk and danger, and that they should take all the safety precautions when riding, like wearing helmet and pads, and following all applicable traffic laws. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. (valid only for shipments made in Canada, US orders are not eligible for refunds or exchanges).

Refunds and Return Policy


Bicycles are eligible for an exchange within 14 days of purchase, if not ridden and in new condition with proof of purchase. The purpose of this warranty is to guarantee a working bike out of the box. If you use a bike and as a result of use a problem occurs, that is not covered by this warranty and is considered a repair, which is an additional service that cost a fee. 

This warranty does not cover any personal injuries, damage to or failure of the bicycle or any other losses resulting from accident, misuse, neglect, wear and tear, or any other reasons whatsoever. By using and buying products from our website, the buyer agrees to the terms and conditions laid out above.
